Buckeye Village Community Center
The Buckeye Village Community Center at The Ohio State University
is designed to provide a variety of support services to low income
single parent students who are academically at risk because of life
circumstances and economic conditions. Such services will include
childcare, counseling, and workshops for parenting and leadership
development, educational mentoring, financial planning and employment
assistance.
The construction of a new Community Center to replace inadequate
facilities will provide the necessary collaborative environment
to enhance the student experience at The Ohio State University.
Estimated Project Cost: $6 Million
