Landline Phone Service Requests »
To add, change, move or remove landline phones or features for one of your employees, you must complete an eRequest at http://erequest.osu.edu.
In the request, the Vendor/Payee Information field will need to contain:

For repairs or service to landline phones please contact the Office of the CIO - Telecommunications & Networking at 8-HELP (8-4357)
