Add Your Event to the Calendar
The following form allows you to suggest an event to be added to the Calendar. After being submitted, your event must be approved by an administrator, so your submission will not immediately appear.
Most events submitted through this May Week website form will be included on printed May Week materials that summarize the events of the week. Event listings can be added to the web calendar at any time, but submissions received after April 1 cannot be guaranteed to be included in the printed materials. Please note that inclusion on these calendars does not constitute an endorsement from The Ohio State University Alumni Association or the Ohio state University as an official University-sponsored event.
Please be as descriptive as possible in the Description section of the form, so that readers will know as much as possible about your event. We reserve the right to edit the descriptions for length.
