About Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs is responsible for many of the outside-the-classroom aspects of student life at Ohio State. Among these are student housing; food service; health, wellness and counseling; activities, organizations and leadership development; recreation and intramurals; ResNet; and BuckID. Student Affairs is a partner in the Mulitcultural Center, Living-Learning Programs, the Younkin Success Center and the Student Housing Legal Clinic. Student Affairs also operates the Schottenstein Center, the Fawcett Center, the Blackwell Inn, the Ohio Union and the Drake Event Center. The mission of Student Affairs is fostering student learning and development by providing highest quality programs and services that enhance students' educational experiences and that prepare students to be contributing members of a diverse society.
